SAUSAGE ON THE PLATE

Ingredients

  • 1 kilo of sausage
  • seasoning vinaigrette to tasty
  • 2 tablespoons of mustard
  • 2 tablespoons of ketchup
  • 3 tablespoons of curd
  • 200 grams of sour cream
  • 300 grams of mozzarella
  • oregano to tasty

How to make

Step 1
In a pan of hot water, add 1kg of sausage. Let it cook until it boils.
Step 2
In a container, add the sausages already chopped into slices. Add vinaigrette seasoning to taste, 2 tablespoons of mustard, 2 tablespoons of Ketchup, 3 tablespoons of cream cheese and 200g of cream. Mix everything very well.
Step 3
In addition to sausage, you can substitute chicken cubes, a cut of meat of your choice or even pepperoni.
Step 4
In an ovenproof dish, add a layer of sausage and spread well. Then add grated mozzarella on top, I used 300g of mozzarella. Add the last layer of sausage and spread well. Finally, add grated mozzarella on top and oregano to taste.
Step 5
Place in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.
