Ingredients

  • 3 units of eggs
  • 145 milliliters of oil
  • 290 milliliters of milk
  • 250 grams of sugar
  • 200 grams of canned corn
  • 185 grams of milina or corn meal
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder

How to make

Step 1
In a blender, add 3 eggs, ½ can of oil, 1 can of milk, 1 can of caster sugar, and 1 can of canned corn. It is very important that you remove all the water from the corn.Remember that I used the can of corn itself as a measure for this recipe. The measurement of the can is 200g. Beat everything very well.
Step 2
Now add 1 can of corn flour and whisk it again. Then add 1 tablespoon of baking powder and pulse. It is important that you don't beat too much.
Step 3
Grease the baking pan with butter and cornmeal. Pour the mixture into the baking pan and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 40 minutes.
