600 grams of potatoes
salt to tasty
3 units of eggs
black pepper to tasty
Spicy paprika to tasty
oregano to tasty
2 tablespoons of milk
1 tablespoon of butter or margarine
grated mozzarella to tasty

How to make
Step 1
In a pan, add 600g of diced chopped potatoes. Then add water to cover the potatoes, add salt to taste and cook until the potatoes are very soft.
Step 2
In a container, add 3 eggs, salt to taste, black pepper to taste, spicy paprika to taste, oregano to taste and 2 tablespoons of milk. Mix very well.
Step 3
In a skillet, add 1 tablespoon of butter or margarine and let it melt. Then add the potatoes that were cooked previously and mix. Add salt to taste and black pepper to taste. Mix well.
Step 4
Pour the eggs over the potatoes and spread them well with a spatula. Cover and cook over low heat for approximately 10 minutes. Turn the potatoes over to cook on the other side.
Step 5
Add grated cheese on top and oregano to taste. Cover again until cheese melts.
